Gluten Free Pizza.

Pizza. This Polish, half yankee girl loves some pizza. And most gluten free pizza is totally nasty.. I mean. Don’t even try it. It’s nasty. Tonight, with no plan for dinner, and hardly anything to make. The roomie and I whipped up this delicious gluten free pizza! We didn’t have any more gluten free flour or yeast. So we tried an oatmeal crust, which was pretty tasty! And Super easy!

Gluten Free – Yeast Free – Oatmeal Pizza Crust

2 cups oatmeal (pulsed in blender to make flour)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon baking powder

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons water.

Mix well, press onto pan. We topped with sauce, fresh basil, fresh mozzarella, sauteed onions, roasted garlic, halved cherry tomatoes, & Parmesan cheese.  Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. When the cheese is bubbly, remove, slice and serve! Enjoy!
